EXECUTIVE CHEF SUMAN has been very fortunate to have had the opportunity to share his culinary expertise in the GTA for the last 30 years. He has had the privilege of working alongside many renowned chefs throughout his career and has participated in several high-profile events from preparing a meal for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II during Ontario’s bicentennial dinner in 1984 to managing the Toronto Blue Jays All-Star game during 1991, and back-to-back World Series in 1992-1993. He went on to become a Chef at Queens Park where he served thousands of guests and politicians every year.
