Jeff Gay inducted into Hall of Fame by the Canadian Association of Exposition Management (CAEM)

For Immediate Release, TORONTO. Mr. Jeff Gay, Director of Event and Facility Services at Direct
Energy Centre has been inducted into the CAEM Hall of Fame. The award was presented to Mr.
Gay during the 2006 CAEM Annual Conference held at Mont Saint Anne, Quebec.

This prestigious Canadian award is given to recognize the leadership and excellence of a show
professional in the Canadian exhibition industry. In the fourteen year history of the Hall of Fame
awards, Jeff Gay is the first facility member to receive this award.

Jeff Gay joined O&Y/SMG Canada in 1997 as the Director of Event Services for The National Trade
Centre. Previously, Jeff was Manager of Client Services for Exhibition Place from the mid 1980s.
His roles included senior management responsibility for the coordination of all events and facilities
at Exhibition Place including Exhibition Stadium and the Coliseum Arena. Jeff was also in charge of
building rentals and all food and beverage concessions for the annual Canadian National Exhibition
($10 million) as well as safety engineering, medical, stadium event staff and visitor services.

He is has just completed his second year of the Public Assembly Facility Management School
offered by the International Association of Assembly Management (IAAM).
