The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA, Toronto) has
recently awarded The National Trade Centre, the BOMA Certificate
of Excellence.
The BOMA Certificate of Excellence Award signifies facility expertise
in the areas of building management, operations, environmental management,
design, tenant and community relations, and tenant satisfaction.
After a record-breaking year in 2002, this award further acknowledges
the efforts of O&Y/SMG Canada, manager of The National Trade Centre,
and sets a new standard for property and facility management of
public assembly facilities in Toronto.
Encompassing over 1 million square feet of tradeshow space, The
National Trade Centre plays host to over 180 events per year including
trade and consumer show clients such as: Reed Exhibition's Canadian
Machine Tool Show, Messe Frankfurt's ISH North America, dmg world
media's National Home Show, and the National Marine Manufacturers
Association's Toronto International Boat Show.
