Centerplate's Concessions at The Direct Energy Centre will ensure everyone at your event is well fed. We have many unique food concepts for you and your guests to enjoy. From stadium food to cultural specialties, our concessions please our guests. Centerplate's chefs will also create custom, theme specific entrees, treats and meals.
Our concessions are located throughout various areas and halls of The Direct Energy Centre. Centerplate has a number of freestanding portable concessions that can also be strategically located in your show. Each concession has unique food items for you and your guests. By selecting the concession which best complements your guests preferences we can ensure your success. Centerplate will also custom design a food theme to suit your event.

Our colourful harvest table is heaped with delectable local Ontario vegetables, fruits, meats and poultry. Season by season you see the freshest and best produce our neighbours can give. Centerplate showcases local growers and suppliers by offering such a delicious, healthy meal that you’ll forget its good for you.
Fahrenheit Grill
At the Fahrenheit Grill everything sizzles. Get your burger and fries fix, or ask for leaner fare.
Panini Grill
Our Panini are tasty, hot and hit the spot. Meat or vegetable, lean or robust. Step up and place your order.
Wok-A-Way Noodles
A big fat bowl of big juicy noodles with a big hot egg roll. Wok up and slowly wok away.
Chili
Beef or Chicken or Vegetarian or all three steaming chilies with garlic toast. We make them because we love them.
Farmer Bobby
Farmer Bobby had a pig…and the rest is history. This slow roasted pulled pork on a fresh kaiser is juicy, hot and sticks to your ribs.
Captain Chris
Drop your anchor and have Captain Chris’ Fish and Chips. Crispy golden baked haddock and Ontario hot fries will keep the wind in your sails.
