Our concessions are located throughout various areas and halls of The Direct Energy Centre. Centerplate has a number of freestanding portable concessions that can also be strategically located in your show. Each concession has unique food items for you and your guests. By selecting the concession which best complements your guests preferences we can ensure your success. Centerplate will also custom design a food theme to suit your event.

At the Fahrenheit Grill everything sizzles. Get your burger and fries fix, or ask for leaner fare.
Wok-A-Way Noodles
A generous portion of Asian noodles tossed with fresh vegetables in a special sauce. Wok up and wok away.
Smashed Potato Bar
If you smash them, they will come. Steaming, fluffy mashed potato or sweet potato, groaning with fresh toppings. You pick.
Princes' Deli
At Princes' Deli, return to the days of the neighbourhood deli. Smoked meat on rye, dill pickle and coleslaw. Memories are made of this.
